Homework for 11-30-11

My thoughts about the assignment:

       I was a fairly difficult assignment. In the past I have shot the same object a 5-6 times, but never 75! So this was a pretty new experience for me. I found it was challenging to figure out different ways to portray the same object multiple times. The assignment really made me think about how I could best show the object in different light, places, etc.

       It was fun shooting the bowl because it was a odd shape and sense it is transparent I could show light coming through it in different ways. Also, because the bowl is a fancier object it was a cool contrast putting it in places where you wouldn't tend to find a glass bowl, like the middle of the street or in a yard. 

       On the other hand the hat was fun to shoot because I could do a larger amount of things with it and not have to worry about it breaking, like I did with the bowl. Although the hat was a simpler and it was harder to portray it different ways.

      I hade a really fun time doing this assignment. It stretched me in different ways, like figuring out different ways to show the same object. I think this will help me in the future when I am shooting other objects, I can use the knowledge I learned here to shoot better images.
